Quality is at the forefront of everything I do. I do my upmost best to ensure a quality product is delivered to you exactly as you request. This flows into my website and I am constantly looking to improve the entire order process from design to doorstep to ensure your satisfaction every step of the way. My commitment doesn’t stop at the website however, so as part of my commitment your satisfaction, I offer a 30-Day warranty policy on all eligible items purchased through philipgilsonjewellery.com.
The options outlined below provide the options available to you, the customer, in the the unfortunate event that your purchase arrives damaged or has serious enough defects to prevent the wearers happiness and satisfaction.
If your discover a defect in your purchase within 90 days of delivery, please email me at returns@philipgilsonjewellery.com and I will issue you a store credit equivalent to the amount paid for the item. This store credit can be used towards the purchase of any other item(s) available on my website.
Details
- This warranty does not cover items lost during shipping after purchase.
- This warranty does not cover items lost during return shipping.
- If your purchase includes multiple items, this policy will only be applicable to the item lost and not the whole order.
- All claims under this warranty policy are subject to inspection and approval myself and my team.
Return Process
If you would like to make a claim under this warranty, please email me at returns@philipgilsonjewellery.com and include the following:
- Order number.
- A detailed description of the issue.
- Photo(s) of the defect or issue. Please ensure the photos are clear and not blurred.
- Optional. Video Link of the issue. This would certainly help since a 360 video of the item can provide more detail and clarity than a single image. I recommend uploading your video to YouTube and sharing the link inside the email.
